Cross Ledger LLC ("Cross Ledger," "we," "us") provides bookkeeper and staff accountant placement services. We source, vet, and present candidates from Latin America to US-based businesses. We charge a one-time placement fee upon successful hire.
The placement fee is due upon a confirmed hire. The exact fee is quoted during the discovery call and confirmed in writing before any candidate is presented. If no candidate is hired, no fee is owed.
If a placed candidate is terminated in good faith within six (6) months of their start date, Cross Ledger will source a replacement candidate at no additional placement fee. This guarantee applies once per placement.
You hire the bookkeeper directly. Cross Ledger is not a party to the employment or contractor relationship between you and the placed candidate. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable labor and tax laws.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the placement process. Candidate information shared with you is for evaluation purposes only and may not be shared with third parties.
Cross Ledger's total liability arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the placement fee paid. Cross Ledger is not liable for the performance, conduct, or actions of placed candidates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
